VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 50% TEMPRANILLO & ALBILLO 50 % ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13 – 13.5 % VOL.
AGE OF THE VINEYARD: 15 – 20 YEARS
HARVEST AND PRODUCTION:
HARVESTING CAREFULLY DONE BY HAND. THE MOST IS COLD MACERATED FOR JUST 12 HOURS AT 8º C. AFTER THE SECOND 10ºC MACERATION REMAINS AT 6º C DURING 90 DAYS. FILTERING AND BOTTLED.
CARD OF TASTING:
RED STRAWBERRY COLOUR, CLEAN AND SHINING APPEARANCE. TYPICAL BOUQUET OF THESE VARIETIES, WITH RED FRUITS REMEMBRANCES. TO THE TASTE, THIS WINE IS DELICIOUS, MEATY, LIGHT AND PLEASANT, REVEALING A NICE FRESHNESS.

CUTLERY CHERRY-RED, WITH CLEAR GAMEST SHADES. GREAT AROMATIC COMPLEXITY, EMPHASIZING BRIGHTLY THE FRUITS CURRANTS, BLACKBERRIES, ETC…, ON A FUND OF FINE WOOD, PERFECTLY INTEGRATED IN THE WINE. IT IS SHOWN TASTY AND POWERFUL, WITH GREAT EQUILIBRIUM BETWEEN THE WOOD AND THE FRUIT RESULT A VERY LONG TASTE.
